About this Specialty Coffee

This farm is located at an altitude of more than 1900 meters at the mountains of Volcán, Panama. Due to the altitude, the temperature regularly hits 10ºc, allowing the trees to have a slower metabolism and therefore push more sugars into the cherries, resulting in a delicious sweetness. This, combined with the average rain of 2200mm make this coffee blessed by nature.
