About this Specialty Coffee

Finca Himalaya has been growing coffee since 1875 and is considered to be the first specialty coffee farm in El Salvador. Mauricio Salaverría is also the pioneer of supernatural processes. All of their experiments for the Wonderful supernatural come from the help and collaboration of Mauricio.

Finca Himalaya cultivates much of its coffee under shade-grown conditions that provide habitats for various fauna and helps grow the cherries to produce extraordinary flavors.
