About this Specialty Coffee

Classic Natural process; Exotic, Full Bodied, and Clean. A deep sweetness combined with a gentle acidity is highlighted through attention to processing detail on both the wet and dry sides.

This farm is located at an altitude of more than 1900 meters in Volcán, Panama. Due to the altitude, the temperature regularly hits 10ºc, allowing the trees to have a slower metabolism and therefore push more sugars into the cherries, resulting in a delicious sweetness. This, combined with the average rain of 2200mm make this coffee blessed by nature. Furthermore, they hire the native Nôbe-Buglé people and ensure they earn a living wage.

This variety is the Geisha bean. Geisha originates from the Ethiopian village of Gesha and is known for its sweetness and floral taste. Their trees produce small amounts of insanely aromatic coffee. Geisha coffee is routinely auctioned for high prices due to it’s flavor and prestige.
