About this Specialty Coffee

Nature has the habit of whim, specially in the coffee sprout at the region of Carmo de Minas. It seems that it was the coffee itself that chose the best soil to live. Because coffee soon left at home ; the rainy summer weather, in contrast to the dry and ideal season for fruit ripening, makes the beans ready to be harvested at the most pleasant temperature.

The sanctuary farm is a project that was born from a goal of being ahead of market trends, it is not easy to begin planning with plans to bring coffee from different region of the world to generate a new profile of Brazilian coffee. The coffees that grown here are the reflections of the obstinacy of Luiz Paulo and his partners.

Today, in addition to the traditional Brazilian varieties (like yellow bourbon), the farm has more than 30 exotic varieties of coffee, differentiated cultivation practices (such as shade plantation) and innovative processes.
