Café Granja La Esperanza is a Colombian producer of ultra specialty high altitude coffees and supplier of the best and most exclusive regionals.
In 1945 Juan Antonio decided to introduce three different varieties to existing Typica and that is how he started across of Yellow Bourbon, red Bourbon and Caturra and that's how Cafe Granja La Esperanza was born.
The cherries are picked at precise ripeness to guarantee an optimal sugar level—adequate equipment for the de-pulping process which is done without water and fermented for 35 hours in barrels.
