Noe manages the farms and staff daily, imparting the secrets of tending, turning, and using their five senses to unlock each bean's flavor potential. Every tree is planted by hand, demonstrating a commitment to the environment and the quality of the coffee.

Mikava Coffee believes in delivering exquisite flavors that enrapture the senses from the moment the aromas hit the nose and embrace the palate. Their beans are carefully roasted and shipped directly to customers' doors from their Historic Colonial pueblo in Marsella.
