Driven by a deep desire to understand coffee at its true origin, the idea for Finca Rasha took shape in 2021. In 2023, this vision came to life through the dedication of our founder, Ibrahim Almallouhi.
Named after his beloved wife, Dr. Rasha, the farm stands as a symbol of collaboration, purpose, and the passion behind The Espresso Lab.

Nestled in the heart of Panama's coffee region
Nestled at 1,600 meters in Chiriquí, Volcán, Los Pozos de Cotito, Finca Rasha stands in a landscape shaped by rich soil and ideal growing conditions. Now in its third year, the farm continues to evolve as a place of learning and discovery.
Serving as a bridge between producers, roasters, and consumers, Finca Rasha invites us to experience coffee at its source and deepen our understanding through hands-on work in cultivation and processing.
