This Website is operated by The Espresso Lab. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to T E L ROASTERY L.L.C., and “Website” refers to this website, all its sub-pages, and all its sub-domains located at theespressolab.com. T E L ROASTERY L.L.C. offers this Website, including all information, tools, and services available from this Website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Overview

1. This Policy refers to how we process orders placed through this Website. By using this Website for the purposes of placing your orders, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy.
2. Please note that all orders placed on this Website will be shipped through the services of The Espresso Lab’s selected shipping partner/s. Currently, there is no option for customers to select their own shipping providers.
3. Upon successfully placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address and / or via SMS to your specified mobile number. By placing an order on this Website, you, the user, agree to such forms of communication as per our Terms of Service. The order confirmation will include your order details, invoice amount, and the order number. This is not an acceptance of your order, it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. A dispatch notice / shipping confirmation will be sent to confirm that your order has been processed for shipment. You may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm your order details and / or for any clarifications regarding your order.
4. This Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
5. Multiple credit card transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Where We Deliver

Shipping to all countries may not be available. To find out if we can ship to your country, please contact us through our contact form / telephone / email and we will be happy to assist you. If you cannot find your country listed in the drop-down menu in the ‘Checkout’ page, we may not be able to ship to your country, but you can contact us to arrange a custom shipment for you.

Please note that we can only deliver goods to a home or office address. Orders placed for delivery at Post Office boxes will not be processed and we will not be held liable for orders placed through our Website for delivery to an ineligible destination.

Delivery Times

We endeavor to deliver all orders within the UAE on the same day for Express deliveries and within 24 hours for Standard deliveries, provided the order is placed and confirmed before 15:00hrs UAE Time on a business day. Deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to customs charges. Orders placed on non-business days or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times for international deliveries will vary from country to country. However, you will be able to track your order through your order number for updates on the delivery of your order.

Estimated shipping times are based on the date and time of placing the order, and the delivery destination. You will be notified via email and / or via SMS once your order has been shipped. If you have placed multiple orders that are likely to be shipped at different times, then you will be notified when each order has been shipped.

Shipping / Delivery Charges

Estimated shipping charges will be added to your invoice amount (where actual charges are not available). Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity of goods ordered, the shipping weight, and the delivery destination. Certain surcharges may be applicable to some orders, depending on the type of product bought, the delivery destination, or a combination of the two. These will also be added to your invoice amount. For any clarifications or inquiries relating to shipping charges, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

International Deliveries

All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

We are not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is your responsibility as a shopper to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as any formalities related to your international order.

If you refuse to accept the delivery of your international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges will apply.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth experience for everyone shopping on our Website, in line with that mission we have provisioned some guidelines when it comes to managing your cancellations, returns, and exchanges in this policy.

CANCELLATIONS

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact us to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancellations will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS

COFFEE

A customer can cancel their order up to 24 hours before delivery by contacting us. There are no returns or refunds on coffee that has been delivered.

NON-COFFEE

Returns:

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of the invoice.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• If the item was delivered to the customer, you can request a pick up for a fee of AED50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Newsletter Subscription:

Some parts of the Website permit you to enter your name and email address to subscribe to our retail newsletters. For new wholesale customers, we provide you the choice of subscribing to our Wholesale newsletter through the signup form.
