About this Specialty Coffee
At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Auromar Coffee, a premium specialty coffee from Finca La Auromar in the highlands of Candela, Chiriquí, Panama. Founded as a family project by the Brenes-Eleta family, Auromar is dedicated to producing high-quality Geisha and other superior Arabica coffees in a sustainable, eco-friendly environment that preserves tropical forest and supports its community.
Grown at high altitude (approx. 1,570–1,770 m) and harvested by hand at peak ripeness, these coffees are processed with meticulous care — from washed to natural and experimental anaerobic lots — resulting in elegant, expressive cups with floral aromatics, bright acidity, and layered fruit character.
This release reflects The Espresso Lab’s commitment to exceptional, origin-driven coffees that combine sustainability, craft, and memorable sensory quality.
