Eager to introduce their unique Craft Brewing approach, Lost Origin took a bold step into the dynamic world of Panamanian coffee. Fully aware of the weighty expectations surrounding this beloved bean, the team embarked on an adventurous quest. Drawing inspiration from the Panamanian Highlands, they aimed to discover and share novel coffee preparation methods.

The solution? A modest laboratory setup that enabled the team to investigate the intriguing merger between the realms of microbiology and coffee. While some of their coffee creations might remain in the confines of their lab, their pioneering efforts have opened new vistas into the future of coffee processing.
