At Mikava Coffee, the art of coffee making is a family tradition, passed down from father to son. Paul and his son Kevin have dedicated their lives to mastering the craft of coffee roasting, fine-tuning the nuances of each aromatic blend they produce.
The beans are nurtured from the ground up by Noe, a long-time friend and partner of Paul. Noe manages the farms and staff daily, imparting the secrets of tending, turning, and using their five senses to unlock each bean's flavor potential. Every tree is planted by hand, demonstrating a commitment to the environment and the quality of the coffee.
Mikava Coffee believes in delivering exquisite flavors that enrapture the senses from the moment the aromas hit the nose and embrace the palate. Their beans are carefully roasted and shipped directly to customers' doors from their Historic Colonial pueblo in Marsella.
