About this Specialty Coffee
At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to showcase coffees from Mount Totumas Cold Forest, a celebrated specialty coffee estate located in the high-altitude cloud forests of Chiriquí, Panama.
Set at nearly 1,900 meters above sea level, Mount Totumas is a restored cloud forest reserve where coffee is grown in harmony with nature. The farm is deeply committed to sustainability, biodiversity, and meticulous processing, allowing each lot to fully express its unique terroir.
Our Mount Totumas selections feature carefully cultivated Arabica varietals, processed with precision — from washed to natural and cold-ferment methods — resulting in coffees of exceptional clarity, sweetness, and complexity.
Expect elegant and expressive cup profiles, often showcasing floral aromatics, bright citrus acidity, refined sweetness, and layered fruit notes, depending on the varietal and process.
This offering reflects The Espresso Lab’s dedication to sourcing origin-driven, high-quality coffees from producers who share our values of environmental stewardship, transparency, and sensory excellence.
