About this Specialty Coffee
The Los Rodríguez Collection is a curated series of exceptional microlots from Bolivia, produced by the Rodríguez family under their company, Agricafe. With over three decades of experience, the family transformed from coffee traders to pioneering producers, managing 12 farms across Caranavi and Samaipata at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,850 meters.
Each lot is meticulously cultivated and processed using innovative techniques—washed, natural, anaerobic, and CocoNatural—bringing out expressive profiles in rare varieties like Geisha, Batian, and Ethiosar. These coffees are known for their vibrant clarity, floral complexity, and tropical fruit depth.
At The Espresso Lab, we’re proud to share this vision through our release of Salvaje Alasitas Geisha, a standout from the Los Rodríguez Collection. Grown on the renowned Alasitas farm in Caranavi and processed naturally, this Geisha showcases notes of wild strawberries, rose petals, and papaya—a cup that is both delicate and untamed, true to its name Salvaje (wild).
This release not only reflects Bolivia’s emerging excellence in specialty coffee but also honors the Rodríguez family's commitment to quality, sustainability, and community impact. Salvaje Alasitas Geisha is our invitation to explore one of the most exciting origins in coffee today—vibrant, ethical, and unforgettable.
