At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Auromar Coffee, an exceptional specialty coffee from Finca La Auromar in the highlands of Candela, Chiriquí, Panama. Founded by the Brenes-Eleta family, Auromar has become internationally recognized for producing some of Panama's finest coffees while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable farming practices.

Situated at high elevations and surrounded by protected tropical forests, Finca La Auromar benefits from rich volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, and ideal growing conditions that allow coffee cherries to mature slowly and develop remarkable complexity. The estate focuses on cultivating premium Arabica varieties, particularly Geisha, which thrive in the region's unique microclimate.

Under the leadership of Roberto Brenes and his family, Auromar has built a reputation for meticulous cultivation, selective harvesting, and innovative processing methods. Every lot is carefully managed to highlight the purity, elegance, and distinctive character of its origin while preserving the integrity of the surrounding ecosystem.

This Geisha lot undergoes a carefully controlled Washed Anaerobic process, combining the clarity of a washed coffee with the enhanced complexity created through anaerobic fermentation. Grown at 1,780 meters above sea level, it delivers a vibrant and refined cup profile with notes of jasmine, longan, and yuzu, supported by bright acidity, floral aromatics, and remarkable sweetness.

The partnership between The Espresso Lab and Auromar Coffee reflects a shared dedication to sustainability, craftsmanship, and origin-driven excellence. Together, we celebrate coffees that honor both the extraordinary terroir of Panama and the passion of the producers who bring these remarkable coffees to life.
