Grown at elevations reaching 1,750 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from cool temperatures, fertile soils, and ideal growing conditions that allow cherries to mature slowly and develop exceptional sweetness and complexity. Careful harvesting and meticulous processing help preserve the unique characteristics of the coffee while highlighting its distinctive origin.
Processed using the Washed method, this lot delivers remarkable clarity and structure in the cup. The process enhances the coffee’s vibrant acidity, clean finish, and refined sweetness, allowing the delicate nuances of the coffee to shine with precision and balance.
