From the celebrated coffee-growing region of Campo das Vertentes, Minas Gerais, Brazil, this exceptional Arara lot is sourced through SANcoffee, a pioneering collective of producers recognized for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and community-driven coffee production. Grown at 1,200 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from fertile soils, consistent rainfall, and ideal climatic conditions that contribute to sweetness, balance, and complexity in the cup.

Processed using the Natural method, the cherries are carefully dried with the fruit intact, allowing sugars and fruit compounds to develop fully within the bean. This traditional process enhances body, sweetness, and depth while preserving the distinctive character of the Arara variety.

The cup reveals comforting notes of stone fruits, milk chocolate, and hazelnuts, supported by a smooth body, gentle sweetness, and a lingering finish. Elegant yet approachable, this coffee reflects SANcoffee's dedication to responsible cultivation and The Espresso Lab's commitment to sourcing exceptional coffees that celebrate origin, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
