At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Auromar Coffee, an exceptional specialty coffee from Finca La Auromar in the highlands of Candela, Chiriquí, Panama. Founded by the Brenes-Eleta family, Auromar has earned international recognition for producing some of Panama's most celebrated coffees while maintaining a deep commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and quality-driven cultivation.

Situated at high elevations and surrounded by protected tropical forests, Finca La Auromar benefits from rich volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, and an ideal microclimate that allows coffee cherries to mature slowly and develop exceptional complexity. These unique growing conditions contribute to the remarkable elegance and clarity found in every lot produced on the estate.

Under the leadership of Roberto Brenes, Auromar continues to refine its cultivation and processing methods, combining tradition with innovation to showcase the full potential of Panama's renowned coffee terroir. Careful harvesting, meticulous sorting, and precise processing ensure outstanding quality from farm to cup.

This Geisha lot undergoes a carefully managed Washed Anaerobic process, combining the clarity and structure of a washed coffee with the enhanced complexity created through controlled anaerobic fermentation. Grown at 1,780 meters above sea level, it reveals an elegant and vibrant cup profile with notes of jasmine, longan, and yuzu, supported by floral aromatics, bright acidity, and refined sweetness.

The partnership between The Espresso Lab and Auromar Coffee reflects a shared dedication to craftsmanship, sustainability, and origin-driven excellence. Together, we celebrate coffees that honor both the extraordinary landscapes of Panama and the passion of the producers who continue to push the boundaries of specialty coffee.
