Longboard Coffee is an award-winning micro-producer based in Boquete, Panama, dedicated to cultivating exceptional specialty coffees that express the true character of their terroir. Operating several small farms in the highlands of Boquete, Longboard has built an international reputation for producing remarkable Geisha coffees through meticulous farming and processing practices.
Founded by Justin Boudeman, Longboard Coffee follows a philosophy rooted in organic farming, environmental stewardship, and the authentic expression of place. The farms are managed without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, allowing the natural ecosystem and volcanic soils of Boquete to shape each harvest.
Every step of production is performed by hand, from selective harvesting of perfectly ripe cherries to sun drying and careful lot separation. Rather than focusing on yield, Longboard prioritizes quality, producing small volumes of highly expressive coffees that showcase floral aromatics, vibrant fruit notes, and exceptional clarity.
