At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Nocturne, a distinguished Brazilian specialty coffee crafted for those who appreciate depth, richness, and a beautifully balanced espresso experience. Sourced from the renowned coffee-growing region of Carmo de Minas, Brazil, this exceptional Yellow Bourbon lot showcases the elegance, consistency, and craftsmanship that define some of Brazil's finest coffees.
Produced by Luiz Paulo at an elevation of 1,300 meters above sea level, this coffee flourishes in the fertile soils and ideal microclimate of Carmo de Minas. Combined with generations of coffee-growing expertise and meticulous hand-selection during harvest, every lot captures the unique character and exceptional quality of its origin.
Carefully processed using the Natural method, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb the fruit's natural sugars and flavors throughout the drying process. This traditional technique enhances sweetness, body, and complexity while beautifully expressing the rich characteristics of the Yellow Bourbon variety.
