At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Bambito Geisha Washed, an exceptional Geisha coffee produced by Iván González at the renowned Bambito Estate in the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama. Rooted in five generations of coffee-growing heritage, Bambito Estate has become synonymous with craftsmanship, dedication, and the pursuit of quality.
Grown at elevations reaching 1,800 meters above sea level, this Geisha benefits from the estate’s unique mountain microclimate, where cool temperatures, fertile soils, and protected valleys create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation. These conditions allow the coffee to develop remarkable complexity, sweetness, and aromatic intensity.
Processed using the traditional Washed method, the coffee showcases exceptional clarity and elegance, allowing the intrinsic character of the Geisha variety to shine. Careful harvesting and meticulous processing preserve the delicate floral and fruit-driven attributes that have made Panamanian Geisha one of the world’s most celebrated coffee varieties.
Delicate notes of coffee blossom lead the cup, followed by vibrant layers of bergamot and ripe plum. The result is a refined and expressive coffee with bright citrus acidity, floral aromatics, silky texture, and a lingering sweetness that reflects the remarkable terroir of Bambito Estate.
