Grown at 1,780 meters above sea level in Alto Quiel, the coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and an environment carefully managed to promote both quality and sustainability.


Processed using a carefully controlled Natural Anaerobic method, the cherries undergo fermentation in an oxygen-limited environment before drying. This innovative approach enhances sweetness, complexity, and fruit intensity while preserving the distinctive character and elegance of the Chiroso variety.


The cup reveals vibrant notes of pineapple, strawberry, and apple, layered over a juicy body, lively acidity, and remarkable sweetness.
