At The Espresso Lab, we are proud to present Lamastus Estate Elida Falda 0702, an exceptional Geisha produced by Wilford Lamastus in the renowned highlands of Boquete, Panama. Cultivated on one of the world's most celebrated coffee estates, this lot reflects the Lamastus family's dedication to innovation, precision, and the pursuit of extraordinary coffee quality.

Grown at 1,800 meters above sea level, Elida Falda benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and the unique cloud forest environment that surrounds the estate. These ideal conditions slow the maturation of the coffee cherries, allowing them to develop exceptional sweetness, complexity, and aromatic intensity.

Processed using the Natural method, carefully selected cherries are dried whole to enhance fruit expression and preserve the elegant characteristics of the Geisha variety. This meticulous approach produces a coffee that is vibrant, expressive, and remarkably refined.

The cup opens with delicate floral notes of jasmine, followed by the juicy sweetness of ripe peach and exotic lychee. A silky mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and layered fruit complexity create an elegant and captivating experience, culminating in a long, refined finish that showcases the remarkable character of Panamanian Geisha.
