Grown at 1,750 meters above sea level, this Pink Bourbon lot benefits from Colombia’s fertile soils, cool mountain climate, and ideal growing conditions. These factors allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing the sweetness, complexity, and vibrant acidity that have made Pink Bourbon one of the most sought-after varieties in specialty coffee.
Carefully harvested at peak ripeness and processed using the Washed method, Panela Linar showcases exceptional clarity and structure in the cup. The clean processing highlights the variety’s delicate floral characteristics while preserving its bright fruit notes and refined sweetness.
The cup reveals elegant notes of Nectarine, Green Apple, and Sugarcane, delivering a vibrant and balanced profile with crisp acidity, silky texture, and a lingering sweetness. Bright, expressive, and refined, it is a beautiful representation of Colombian Pink Bourbon.
